We have been following these guys on Facebook for a year and our first visit did not disappoint. Amazing choice of corals and fish all of fantastic quality and clearly very well looked after , we walked away with some beauties … this will not be our last visit!

Terrible company. They sent the wrong item, and are now refusing to post the correct item out to me until they receive the incorrect item back, essentially holding my item hostage.nI wouldn't shop here again.nnEDIT: After agreeing with them to send the item back and they would send the correct item immediately, they saw the review, and have now doubled down. Unfortunately you can't trust their customer service department to stand on their word.

I've been there a few times now, and every time I'm genuinely impressed by the excellent customer service and the team's knowledge.nnIt really feels like they take the time to give you the best advice for your tank setup, and they're not afraid to tell you if a certain fish isn't the right fit — which I really respect.nnThat's definitely something that keeps me coming back.nnThe only downside? Kraken Corals is right up there as a firm favourite. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, and they even make you a coffee. They have so much information on the fish and corals which helps you choose the right ones for your tank. The choice of corals are the best and at a price range suited to any budget, big or small. Highly recommend Kraken and the staff. It’s a really enjoyable visit.
