Absolutely disgusted with the aftercare service , kept waiting over a month to get our van in endless phone calls constantly told someone will get back to you ! And still claiming the part that needs replacing on our 3 year old Van that we only purchased 6 months ago isnt covered on the warranty we were given . Seems as soon as they have your money they no longer care. Wish i has seen the other 1 star reviews prior to purchasing with them !
This VW centre is a quality dealership, the communications & customer service is good and have always found the staff to be helpful and informative. Always wait whilst servicing / MOT work is being undertaken, taking the opportunity to view the latest car & van models and value the clean & pleasant waiting area with various seating options. There is a good variety of complimentary hot drinks, free wi-fi, restroom facilities and a pleasant environment to work on the laptop or read the magazines. Work undertaken is always on time and to the high standards one would expect. Visits Recommended!

Having been a loyal Volkswagen customer for 10 years I have visited many dealerships and also received the Volkswagen experience. I'm sad to say Marshalls Volkswagen is very much below the accepted VW standard. I test drove a car that was being used by a member of staff. The vehicle I test drove hadn't been prepared for a potential sale I hope it hadn't been cleaned inside or out, it was filthy. Medication left in the car pocket, finger prints all over the windows. Very very disappointed with the overall quality of this delarship.

Thanks to Dan Edwards, the sales representative at Marshall Volkswagen in Bridgwater, I was able to test drive and purchase my brand new Polo GTI 6c with ease. Dan was extremely professional whilst going through the whole purchasing process. As a customer, I know that I am quite high-maintenance, however with the help from Dan, he was able to answer all of my questions and queries at a super efficient response rate. I was able to test drive the vehicle on the Saturday, and then go through with the purchase the following day. Thank you to Dan, and the rest of the team at Marshall Volkswagen.
Extremely poor after service. Van still under warranty, Ad Blue light stuck on which is apparently a known fault. We are told they can’t do anything for 5 weeks! We have 250 miles left and 2 long distance trips planned. Thanks Volkswagen, we sure won’t be buying from you again!
