Have ordered Alessi items several times. Some delays in fulfilment that I was kept informed of. If you need something urgently it might be an idea to call and check whether it is in stock before ordering. Otherwise customer service has been good and in both cases their prices have been best online I could find at the time. Items arrived well packed.

Ordered a Wusthof filleting knife best price in the UK and it arrived within 4 working days very pleased with the service and communication will definitely deal with again.

Very unreliable delivery time. 2,5 weeks of waiting from the day an order been placed without much of explanation. Finally delivered to a pick up location without any quidelines or drop of card to refer to. Very long waiting and poorly managed customer service. Will avoid shopping next time

Bought an SKK saucepan which developed a fault in the non-stick lining. I have several others which are fine. I sent photo of the fault and asked them what to do about it. I heard nothing for a week. Sent a reminder, another week goes by - no reply. I get the impression that customer service is a phrase this company doesn't care about. Just pay them the money and after that you are on your own Avoid using them, there are many other online retailers of the products they carry, this outfit is appalling.
