I can’t fault the quality of the unit at all. It is so well made and I love using it already. The reason I have given the company 1 star is for their customer service. It’s really poor. When I ordered the unit I was told it would be delivered in a months time- it eventually was delivered after 11 weeks with no apology for the delay. I was so happy when delivery day I strongly feel some compensation should be awarded for the poor customer service and the inability to use my unit to its full capacity after waiting MONTHS!!! advisory on when they will arrive. I’ve now had the unit almost a month and it’s not complete. I’m not impressed and feel quite concerned after paying a very large amount of money for a late and half workable unit- will I ever receive my boxes?!?!
Placed order on 7/11/22 and following a number of chasers I was given a Delivery for the 12/12/2022. Ordered white glove service and the fitter was tidy and polite, only problem was that 70% of the boxes were missing, no shelving supplied and incorrect fittings for some dowels. I now have a beautiful storage unit that cannot be used due to missing parts. I have constantly chased delivery of missing items with little or no response. The communication from this company is poor to say the least given the sort of money involved I would have expected a lot more. I am so disappointed with the service and lack of contact from the company. Not sure I will ever get my unit in full working order. If you prefer a laid back approach and unprofessional service then go ahead and order, however, I would avoid this company like the plague, there must be better out there.
Great overall experience with storage 4 crafts! We ordered around 100 plastic trays and they all arrived safe with no cracks or damages, the packaging was more than perfect and super protective. The first company that managed to deliver this kind of product completely undamaged. Thank you
Ordered on 13 th jan. Still no delivery date and poor communication. If you ring and select the option to discuss a delivery you get an automated message to send an email. If you select the option to place an order you get an answer straight away. I was given a number of excuses as to why my order hadnt been dispatched such as the delivery company had a cyber attack and there was a delay with some of the parts so they cant dispatch. I put it to them they shouldn't be still taking orders and a lot of money off people when they know they cant dispatch the goods. Ive asked for a full refund if the item cant be dispatched in the next week. Create and Craft tv channel shouldn't be promoting this company
So I bought a storage unit in August from FOQ. All seemed to go well - the company agreed to combine delivery with a unit I purchased from Create & Craft. I had confirmation both units to be delivered 14th October. I even had an email yesterday saying delivery & Assembley due on 14th October at approx 3pm. So I took a half day off work, moved everything around in my dining room so they would have plenty of room to work. Moved my dining room table out of the room. And for what? A no-show! No contact from anyone! I’ve tried phoning - pointless as you don’t actually get to speak to anyone! I’ve emailed. But as yet no reply. To say I’m disappointed and angry is an understatement. I can add now that the company contacted me after seeing my review - everything has been rectified. I’m very pleased with the units I bought. Would I buy from them again? Definitely!
I have been building some of the storage 4 crafts units, they are really well labeled, easy to put together and solid feeling too! When I ran into issues as I am building them for someone else we ran out of space - no issues with the units the team have been really knowledgeable and helpful responding to me and have made this a great experience all round. Pic is a work in progress!
Bought the Exford unit, delivered within time period given. My partner put together in no time and said it was easy and the best piece of quality furniture to assemble. I am very pleased with it and completely filled with my crafting items, going to buy another storage unit to go with it. Highly recommend.
Richard and Anthony came today to replace my cupboard doors.The fault was reported 5 days ago and I am impressed with the speed that they dealt with the problem. Their workmanship was exemplary and both guys very professional and caring. I would recommend Storage for Crafts if you need storage solutions. Not only are the products good but the aftercare service is excellent nothing is too much trouble. They just want you to be happy with your new products and they have certainly looked after me.
I recently purchased two units and I am very pleased with the design and quality of both units. The service I got was faultless they rang when they promised and delivered on time. The young young men were very polite, efficient, and very respectful of my property. I would highly recommend this Company and their products. If I had more space I would certainly purchase more units.!!!
Do NOT buy from this company: they are either operating a scam or their customer service is woefully incompetent. I am now lodging a complaint with the Trading Standards Authority. After having paid over 2k for a piece of furniture that could not be delivered on the original agreed date I got in touch over a week before the original date to let them know it would need to be rearranged: my attempts to have it rescheduled for delivery have been an abject failure. I have been trying to merely set a delivery date for OVER A MONTH with NO success: every attempt has been met with "we will get in touch in a few days/we are very busy" with no follow-through unless I chase. The one time they finally managed to nail a date down, 2 days before said date they said they got their dates mixed up and asked me to wait a few more days to someone to get in touch. Not once has a customer service representative apologised for their inability to keep promises. After a month of weekly emails and calls resulting in no action I have asked for a refund as they clearly have no intention of delivering goods I have paid for. Despite saying it would be dealt with on the day and a promise to email me confirmation of this, no such confirmation has come through and my account has NOT been credited. So stay well away! As I said, next steps are a formal complaint. What a disgrace. Consumers: STAY AWAY.
