Pleased with product even thou I was told the headphones I was buying was studio quality when they are reference but they was helpful in store the lad who told me they was studio it was not a sales plot I don't think he knew a Lot about that kind of product but tried is best to assist .. so I recommend this place . I saved 50 quid as well so all good really.

Helpful and friendly staff. Offered plenty of advice without being pushy or trying to make a sale. Spent 2 hours demoing equipment,taff were nothing but patient.

I would put 0 stars, but unfortunately I cannot. My JBL T450BT headphones broke. We were told by a member of staff it was accidental damage. We believed him. He told us to glue them back together, which I thought was a bit pathetic. I glued them back together, I used them once in a month, and they were fine. However, on the second go, they broke again. And I wondered why? However, upon closer inspection, there was a screw and a washer missing.AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE! THE PURCHASE WAS MADE IN DECEMBER 2017. WE TRIED TO RETURN THEM ON THE 13TH OF JAN.THIS WAS A SIMPLE REPAIR! NOW I CAN'T RETURN THEM, BECAUSE I HAVE GLUED THEM! I LOOKED EVERYWHERE, BUT CANNOT FIND ANY SCREWS. THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A MANUFACTURERS FAULT!
