Nothing against this company, but the open-plan store is very, very large with countless products, which makes excellent customer service paramount. I spent 30 minutes trying to get my head round features of dishwashers, looking rather puzzled and not one of (seemingly) few assistants bothered to offer help and advice! Consequently, I walked out and bought elsewhere. £600 lost to the company. Perhaps they employ to few staff?

Had my Oculus Rift from here. And even. Though tech savvy, they can still teach you new tricks. Everything you need for home computing to hardcore gamers hardware.

I went to Currys at festival park with my father today. He was looking for a lap top and a tv. The sales assistant Max was excellent. He spent time explaining the best product which would suit his needs. Unfortunately the laptop he wanted wasn't in stock he went out of his way to find out which branch did. He went out of his way to help. We had a trip to Stafford to collect our goods. Thanks max

Nightmare ordered online. Wrong item delivered. A week later I still do not have my item, and no idea when it's coming. £230 paid and nothing to show for it. Not the Currys staff fault....their systems!

Worst customer services provided by this store and the company in general. Never had a good experience, always something going wrong. Management lack care, staff lack communication skills or customer service skills. Even when their tech alarms are going off it takes several minutes before any staff members care enough to come on switch it off or check everything is ok. Don't ever buy from here, take your money else where. Still yet to have an issue resolved after nearly 2 weeks.
