Me and my wife attempted to make a "will aid" will with Richardson and Davies. In the first meeting, my wife arrived early, and was pressured by the adviser into starting the meeting before I arrived, which meant that when the draft will came through I struggled to understand the legal jargon. We tried to get in touch to discuss the draft and arrange a time to come in to sign the will, and were told that we would be called back within a few days. 5 weeks later we still have had not contact! A complete waste of our time.
