I have found this company at all times to be Honest, patient, calm and understanding when I have not been familiar with legal terms and found it difficult to follow the legal procedures.  They are very professional, efficient in their explanation and guidance throughout.  My medical needs were sensitively and quietly both respected and dealt with.  The follow up service has been excellent at all times as has the confidentiality between family members been absolutely respected.
