I recently completed on a flat in Coventry, and was really happy with the help and support offered by Sally and her team. In what turned out to be a longer than planned process (due to a change in circumstance for the seller), I had consistent updates and clarity throughout from Sally, and no stone was left unturned with the legal documentation. As first time buyers, me and my partner had very limited experience when purchasing our first property. A massive thank you to Sally Humphreys, Claire Gardner, Jessica Fletcher-Hall and Emma Griffiths who all currently work, or have worked in the past, within Alsters Kelley LLP Conveyancing Department based in their Coventry offices. The dedicated team gave full explanations throughout every step of the process, they made us feel comfortable and were always willing to answer our queries, there were certainly many questions we had and they were very patient and wecoming. We are now happily living in our new property and we believe the service was faultless! A big thank you to you all. I would certainly recommend the Coveyancing Team to anyone who is about to purchase a property and is looking for dedicated Solicitors to carry the burden that comes with the legal process, making life a lot easier through what can be a very stressful period.
