I usually have a nice curry here however my recent curry a chicken pathia they make up for me mild with no spice. However this time it blew my head off with one mouthful. I was very clear on the phone no spice! Pretty pi**ed off if I'm honest

The food when it was eventually delivered to us was cold and we were given a time for delivery and waited an hour later than they said , l think if they are going to make customers wait a lot longer they need to give them a courtesy phone call and apologies so that if the customer can have the option of cancelling , Although the food was tasty the fact it was cold made us feel that their was a lack in customer care and ruined it

Consistently lovely food, but the delivery service is massively inconsistent. I've had orders that arrived in less than an hour (this is rare), and - most recently - a very simple 2 main & 2 rice order that took THREE hours to be delivered, with no warning, no follow-up call to advise of a delay. A real shame as the food itself is excellent.

Delivery takes much longer than they said it would. Nearly an hour longer.

My favourite place to order from. Food is alway great but the only issue I have is the waiting time. They say 20 minutes for a collection but it's always longer.
