Story

Ribblesdale is situated in the market town of Clitheroe, at the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley. The school has a long and distinguished tradition, meeting the needs of many young people who have grown up, lived and appreciated the local area and contributed to its economy. Ribblesdale High School has high expectations of its students, its parents and itself. In recent years we have invested heavily in excellent teachers, up to date resources and the school's facilities. We are constantly developing the skills of our staff and pupils are key in developing many of the policies and developments within the school. A large school perhaps, but with the ability to add value through an exceptionally diverse curriculum where our students are individually cared for in a supportive and educationally challenging environment.
