We have been using RGB for about 4 months now since moving to the area. I can honestly say we have had nothing but first class service from them and the quality of the products supplied have been excellent.  We have used them for everything from basic building supplies to composite cladding, aluminium bi-fold doors and funky blue glass windows.  They have saved us a fortune with their competitive prices and nothing is too much trouble for them to source for us.  Well done all at RGB and in particular Chris Instance, who has the patience of a saint dealing with a woman exercising her right to change her mind on many occasions!!!

I've had several dealings with RGB whilst doing a self build and despite me being complete amateur they have never been anything but patient, kind and helpful- everyone I've dealt with instore and on the phone. A credit to local business, and always comparable in price to the mega suppliers too.

About as good as a builders merchant gets. Staff are ALWAYS cheery, bright and helpful. Yes, they get very busy, but that is because of their success. I rarely have to wait.

I have used RGB quite a few times now , and on their recommendation opened an account. Every time I have visited I am struck by how friendly and helpful all the staff are. A credit to Porthleven.
