Bought our daughter's car having not been sure we really wanted the one we were looking at. Nothing could have been too much trouble and no pressure. Came back following day for a drive and bought one not on our first list. Collected today.. Its all we were told it was. Very happy indeed. I actually bought myself a car from them about 6 years ago. Quality of service has endured. Well done to both of you.
I have carried out transactions with this company for several years now both buying and selling cars to this gentleman and gentleman is the operative word here because you will be hard put to find a more honest, straightforward and reliable person in the motor trade. Only this month my previous car caught fire whilst I was driving it along a main road and I had to abandon it quickly, the result was a write off, Richard found me an identical car within a couple of days and it was truly in showroom condition, I have to admit better than my old one. Once I sold Richard a car and he actually increased his initial offer when he saw the car, tell me where you would find better service than that.110% 5 Star.
Recently bought a car from here and have to say that the service was first class and would recommend you take a look. Car was in great condition nothing was too much trouble and I am very happy with my vehicle. I would definitely purchase from RG Golf's again.
What a breath of fresh air to go to a garage looking for a replacement car and to have such patient and unpressurised treatment from both Richard and Sarah. I would recommend them as an excellent garage to purchase from. Thank you both for your help, the car is lovely!
Picked my car up,great customer service. The car was fully serviced and came with a long mot. The car needed some bits done before collection,which they carried out at no extra cost. Would highly recommend RG golfs in Diss.

I went in to look at a car, lady came to see me and was very pleasant, however the car had a broken mirror and a flat battery. Surely stuff like that should be sorted before going on sale....just a thought.
Sarah and Richard very friendly easy to deal with would go back again to buy another car, as a recommendation they don’t come better than that !
