DC Last Vehicle Sales Ltd is a garage based In Scole, Nr Diss in Norfolk. We sell quality used cars. We carry out MOT tests, servicing and car repairs.

Story

DC Last Vehicle Repairs was established in 1980 by David and Patricia Last. Since then we have moved into three gradually bigger sites in Scole before moving into our current site in August 1999. At this time, son James joined the company from a large main dealer where he was a salesman and DC Last Vehicle Sales Ltd was born.

We pride ourselves on giving all our customers both old and new, a personal service. We regard our customers as our friends and know nearly 100% of our existing customers on first name terms. We are a family business and intend to remain so. We firmly believe that our family values set us apart from many other companies.

Have been taking cars here for the last 20+years . Always looks after me with first class service .

My car broke down on way 2 work. Phoned them 2 see if they could fit me in. They were fully booked but they told me 2 bring it in and they would put machine on it so I knew what was wrong. They diagnosed the problem. Said I could leave car there and if they could fit it in they would. Which they did. Very happy will definitely return with any issues on any of my cars now. Great place great people.

Brilliant!! So friendly and accommodating and they do an excellent job too. Sorted my mini out without a fuss and competitive prices too. I would thoroughly recommend D C Last to anyone wanting a service station they can trust and rely on.

Very helpful people. Engine light came on while visiting my parents in Scole. Sorted me out for return journey to Southend.

Excellent service lovely people

Had to send my car in for some repairs over the Xmas and New Year period and was given a courtesy car even at that time of year!! Straight talking, no nonsense approach and honest appraisal of the problems. Work was done quickly, under budget, and was kept in the loop all the way through. Ive just found my new local go to garage and will be using James and his team from this point on. Brilliant little place!!!

Jimmy and the team at DC Last provide a fantastic, reliable and attentive customer service, they go out of their way to help and accommodate last minute emergencies and always try to fit you in even when they are busy. I Would definitely highly recommend them and their services and they certainly will look after you financially too and not rip you off with expensive prices like other places.

I recently took my little Citroen C1 to get a new exhaust done on the recommendation of friends and family. I was immediately greeted by Sarah who was up for a chat and a laugh and I immediately got the sense of the family spirit which built the business. On enquiring about what the issue was, a member of staff took my car and checked it and I was given a quote on the spot there and then which I was impressed with more so with  the fact that it was pretty much exactly what the bill was. Unfortunately after the work had been done, there was an issue a knocking sound so I called up and took my car in again 3 days after I called. When I went back to return for the vehicle James and Sarah took full responsibility for the knocking sound  and James took it in his stride when I was winding him up saying I had been criticising D C Last to others I hadn't of course. Lovely family and great service. Thanks very much James and Family- will be using you again for sure :

Was told I needed new brakes as they were getting low, and an unrepairable tyre, I took to trusted fram tyres to have the work done but only paid for a puncture repair as that's all that was needed, brakes had plenty of life. Won't be returning .
