Recently bought a new car here and the entire process was smooth sailing. Got a great deal on a car I’ve been trying to find for a while now and appreciate everyone involved to sort everything out. Very professional and would highly recommend! Thanks guys!
First off I have not been received anything in return for this review except a chance in a monthly random draw. I bought a second hand car from Reynolds about a month a go. I had been researching for quite a while. From the outset, I was dealt with by Lee M. who was very patient with my various requests and excellent throughout the whole process. I was allowed to have the car independently checked by the AA at my cost and though no major issues, Lee had the car rechecked by the onsite garage. They were happy to collect me from the train station and then allowed to fully test drive the car. There was no hard sell. I was completely happy with the car and the sale went ahead. I have since done a long road trip on various road types and in different weather conditions and the car has performed without issues. There was one niggle with a puncture repair kit but Lee without quibble sorted this out. At the end of a day, it is "caveat emptor" with second hand cars so it is down to you as a buyer to do your research and if you are spending in the thousands, don't know cars and you are about to make the decision a thorough AA inspection cost is negligible for peace of mind.

grant was great, was very patient with me, buying a car for the 2nd time was simple and they were fantastic with delivering the car all the way to Aberdeen for me, would definitely recommend them.
I wouldn’t give it 1 star, the place is horrible they talk you nicely until they sold the car to you and you leave the place and then when you come back to them because you having problems with the car they say that they not doing nothing to help, even though they give you 3 months warranty. I said to them that I am going to tell my finance company what they are like and they not helping me. The guys at the garage started to get up right about it and trying to cause a fight, I had to phone the police on them because they was threatening me. It’s now being dealt with, with the finance company now as I have had to go to them for help. This place is unbelievable, they are nasty. Whoever gets a car from them needs good luck because they sold me a car that is a category on finance which isn’t allowed. They didn’t tell me that it was a category before selling me the car either.
I rang up and they ask me what was the best time for them to contact me so I give them a time and they ring me and spoke to them and after they done a finance check for me with in 2min I got call back and I got the car so quickly after all the paperwork has been done I had the car by the next day and very happy with the fast service that they have gave me so if you need a car very fast then this is the company that you need to contact so happy with the car and had no problems.
Top service from grant & team, got the car looking brand new. Kept me up to date every step of the way in the process. From viewing to prepping to handing over the keys. Very fair price provided full mot service etc couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thanks grant
