I bought my wedding dress from here and from start to finish the whole process was stress free, enjoyable and effortless. It made such a big part of wedding planning such a breeze and I'll always have fond memories of the shop and staff! Thankyou

Excellent, personable service, all kicked off with a glass of bubbly and a friendly chat. Nothing was too much trouble and you're not made to feel rushed like i was in some other places. Would 100% recommend.

The best! I first visited Tilly Trotters a few months back on my journey to finding "The Dress". I work in the wedding industry myself and have always known that Tilly's would be top of my list when the time came to finally pick out a dress for myself. The experience was everything I expected from this glorious shop and more. Nicky and Sian were both incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped foot in the door. I found the dress within my first appointment. Sian and Nicky encouraged me to try all shapes and styles of dresses and I felt totally at ease in their very capable hands. I visited other shops, again something I was totally honest with them about and they completely understood I wanted to eek out this one time experience. But we all knew I'd be back! I've since bought my bridesmaids dresses too from Sian and the girls. This shop is a treasure trove of bridal luxury, a one stop shop for everything a bride needs and I cannot recommend you pay them a visit enough!

If I could give more stars I would! Tilly Trotter’s made the dress buying experience amazing for me from start to finish. The shop itself is beautiful and the range and choice of dresses are out of this world.....but what sealed the deal for me was how I was made to feel......like the most important girl in the world! The girls are wonderful and really helped direct me in to finding my dream dress! They arranged for a bespoke veil to be made using extra lace from my dress which I had never even thought could be done! I had my maids and my flower girls dresses and accessories all from here as well and on the day we looked and felt amazing! Thankyou thankyou thankyou ❤️

Gave good general advice and tips on the style of dress to suit a very petite bride, but overall the service was very, very poor. Instant judgement as soon as we walked in the door (for our scheduled appointment) with the assumption that the bride couldn't afford any of the dresses because of her age (22). Instant judgement on the style of dress she would prefer. Please do take young brides more seriously in the future and keep an open mind. Why not ask the bride about herself and her fiancé for a start? Overall I've no clue how it has won so many awards compared to other local, more welcoming boutiques.
