Brilliant !!! Filled in the online form on Monday morning and was immediately offered an appointment for the following day. I turned up and was seen on time. I had a front tooth that needed repairing (thought I would be told it needed a crown). Dr Anne Ochana said she could fix it and asked if I wanted it doing there and then, she had had a cancellation. I said yes. She numbed my top gum at the front, never felt a thing. All during the treatment she told me what she was going to do before she did anything. A painless and professional experience, when she had finished she handed me a mirror to check her handiwork - it was perfect, couldn't tell were the tooth ended and the repair started. I will definitely be going to see Dr Ochana in the future.

I have a horrible fear of the dentist due to previous bad experiences elsewhere but since moving to Revive, I find the staff are very understanding of this and are always accommodating and friendly. I feel like my dentist is very thorough and has my best interests at heart and the level of care each and every time has been faultless. I also referred my cousin to this practice after my positive experience as she shares the same fear and so far she is just as happy with the service provided. I don't understand the bad reviews on here, I suppose people like to complain more than praise but upon seeing the negative comments I had to share mine.

After visiting this Dentist eveyone was really rude. The Dentist was possibly the most patronising person I have ever met. She spoke to me like a child do you understand what I am saying etc. She had an awful attitude. If you ever go not naming names so let call her A T. She just basically counted teeth for £20 and told me what I already know in a patronising manner. They look like they just want to give you poor service for top buck. Overall a truly horrific experience. Also looking at most of the good comments they are suspiciously all from "A google user" very Anon funny that!

Just recently signed up for NHS treatment at this dentist November 2106. (Referred to by EMERGENCY dentist website) Was in major pain when referred. Needed medication for infection around cavity. WAS N'T SUPPLIED !. had 2 appointments before xmas ..No work completed or medication supplied for infection, WATCHED VIDEO'S AND RECEIVED ADVICE & told to rely on corsodyl mouthwash and pain killers. Had to FORCE issue for extraction of tooth, which dentist added another future problem causing tooth to list. Dentist more interested in selling services with descaling and tooth whitening for cut price offer's ( PAY FOR YOURSELF ) than dealing with patient priority work.. PAIN RELIEF??. Extractions of teeth Monday 9 Jan 2017. Dentist explained cavity tooth could snap off on extraction and not all the tooth would come out .... this happened!! NOT her fault... i understand that! After care supplied via paperwork, which had been followed. Unfortunately infection happened around area of snapped tooth extraction. Couldn't wear denture as advised, Pain was horrendous!! Pain killers / antibacterial mouthwash every day. Rang dentist Thursday for emergency appointment, Told to ring Friday morning 8am because dentist wasn't in. Rang Friday 8am...8.30am...845am...dircted to answer phone message, left details for call back as stated. NO CALL BACK??. rang again after 2pm...eventually got through. Reception read instructions from Dummy list like a robot then informed me my dentist was off sick and they had a technical error with the switchboard that day? Advised no other dentist could fit me in today and to attend my Monday appointment with hygienist and then wait for window of opportunity to see my dentist for diognosis?? Patient care and consideration??....Adequate NHS treatment supplied?? worth another visit??? Make your own mind up? I HAVE!

very upset after waiting over 4 weeks for an appointment received a telephone call just before setting off to cancel. After complaining fitted me in Monday but told this will only be assessment and they will need another visit to take tooth out! why is it private dentists don't have this problem I have paid into the system all my working life with the expectation that NHS care would be available only to find when I do need it I have to consider going into debt to go private because NHS dental service is becoming very hard to access
