"Welcome to {my}dentist Manchester, set in the heart of the vibrant Northern Quarter. We provide dental care to the busy bees of Manchester and its surrounding areas. We offer a wide range of treatments both NHS and private, from tooth bonding to dental implants there’s treatment options for everyone. As we know a lot of our patients lead busy lives, we offer evening and weekend appointments. Carly and Emily our Treatment Coordinators provide free, complimentary consultations for patients that wish to discuss any treatments and prices. Unfortunately, we don’t provide parking at the practice, however there are a number of car parks within a 2-minute walk and we are just a 10-minute walk from both Piccadilly and Victoria train stations."

The reception team are always welcoming and professional at each visit. Only been to see Matthew, my dentist, a couple of times now as my previous dentist had left. Very happy with the treatment I have had so far. He is very friendly, calming and explains everything really well. Happy to answer questions and advise well for future treatments. I’m always made to feel comfortable. Thank you!
Really good. I got an appointment next day for a check up after my filling had fallen out. I then was able to get another appointment after the initial check up for the same day to get my filling sorted. Sam, my dentist, was really personable and took the time explain everything thoroughly. The ladies on reception were really great too.
Sanjay and the team at Stevenson Square have been incredible from day one! They managed to make me feel welcome and super relaxed at each and every visit. They took the time to explain each step of my treatment plan including what they were doing throughout the procedures which massively reduced the level of anxiety I had about the dentist. I'm so pleased with the results!
I have used My Dentist for some years. As soon as you walk in, the reception team are welcoming, warm and so friendly. As a nervous patient, both my dentist, Matthew and my hygienist, Ruth, are absolutely fantastic. They are warm, generous and I would not hesitate on recommending this practice. 100%.
We love this dentist! Kostas is such a great dentist: kind, reassuring, trustworthy and very professional. The nurses and receptionists are all wonderful too. The place itself is always clean and feels welcoming. Can’t recommend it enough!
I have always suffered from dental phobia; allowing myself to let my teeth get into a bad way. I was incredibly anxious in the days leading up to my appointment, thinking that I was going to get judged over my teeth. I explained this when I got there and was instantly reassured by my dentist and the dental nurse. I ended up having a lot of treatment done, meaning a fair few trips to the dentist. Each time I experienced perfect customer service the receptionists were always so welcoming and I never had issues booking appointments/waiting. Thanks to my experience at MyDentist, I can happily say that my dental phobia is far behind me! I am beyond happy with my new, healthy looking teeth and I can't thank my dentist enough. Shout out to Sanjay, for his great work and giving me my confidence back :
I am a very nervous patient. I have never heard anyone say they enjoy a trip to the dentist but this experience was as good as it gets, dentist was very calm and talked me through the process and follow up. Reception team very friendly and also his assistant was very calming too.
Spoke with female receptionist over the phone making enquiry about Private dental care and options, she didn’t introduce herself, was full of attitude her knowledge of dental service wasn’t up to customer satisfaction had to consistently ask questions as she wasn’t bothered and didn’t show any interest in explaining about the full service for private customers, so I had to ask whom am I speaking with!! So she was silent for few seconds and shouted it’s SAM, so disappointed with the management of the team to have not been more involve in supervising staff behaviour towards customers and updating with training staff and standards of customer care. Wouldn’t visit and will not recommend.
Good experience from start to finish. Started with the friendly reception staff after I couldn't find an NHS dentist anywhere - they got me booked in quickly at a convenient time. I had an initial assessment for a reasonable price and agreed the treatment plan with Sanjay - who is very friendly and efficient. He and his team then performed a difficult filling replacement and arranged a referral back to the NHS for a wisdom tooth extraction. I'll be returning after this for regular check ups. All treatment was performed at a good price - no complaints from me at all!
Had counsultation here couple months ago. Wanted to amend my appointment today due to health emergency l been told had to pay half of treatment cost before see dentist. When do you pay for half treatment cost in advance? Appereantely this is for securing next appointment lol. What a joke! Emergencies happens and can't be helped even on same day appointments and appointment should be amended free of charge for client not acceptable asking money up front. I have cancelled the hall thing. I wasn't just gonna just £450 beforehand! Very customer service and unprofessional!wouldn't go back neither recommend this place to anyone!!
