Always pretty good. Nice dentists and seem to do good work. 

Would be good if I had an online account where I could see/change appointments, book new ones, etc. At will. They have a bit of online booking but not a lot. 

Also being able to access all my dental records online would be good. 

And maybe they should setup direct debit for payments?

It had been a while since I visited this practice and unfortunately it has changed a lot. The gentleman who usually runs reception was not in and instead it was replaced by a lot of women all talking very loudly and eating behind the desks which I found very unprofessional. One lady was eating an apple really loudly and it was actually not very nice to listen to. The receptionists spoke very loudly about a client they found rude and seemed to not notice a waiting room full of people. They just did not stop talking during the 30 minutes I waited whilst waiting for my friend who had the appointment before me. I also had to prompt them that it was time for my appointment. The usual hygienist Kelly is brilliant but I had a different lady who insisted on talking at me about oral health despite not telling me one bit of new information, it was to the point of annoyance. She then hurt me along my gum which has never happened before and had to manually do a scale and polish instead. The appointment lasted around 20 minutes although I paid for longer. I had intended to get cosmetic work done here given that it has always seemed very good, but given the new staff and the tired, noisy waiting room I don’t think I could actually stand to have lots of appointments where I’d be forced to listen to the chewing and chatting of the receptionists/staff and the overbearing hygienist.

Always get great service from dental and reception staff. I’ve been to several different dentists at this practice over the 4 years I’ve been going, every one of them has made me feel relaxed and explained their procedures so I feel comfortable.
When I try book I can usually get an appointment fairly quickly and they are understanding if plans change and you need to amend your appointment in advance. 

 I would be happy to recommend this practice to anyone.

Excellent service. Ideal location and very accommodating with regards to business hours for appointments. The receptionists are very helpful and professional. The dentist Nilesh and Adam, were very thorough throughout the consultation, detailing all aspects of treatment for myself.   I would definitely recommend this dentist.. Very professional.

The finest dental practice I have known. I am in my 60s, and lived for many years in London. So I have been to quite a number of dentists over the years! But my current one is quite simply - the best! Superb care with both the dentist and the hygienist - friendly, understanding, and very efficient. All the staff are terrific. I cannot recommend it too highly!
