Visited recently with my girlfriend and was surprised by the wide range of choice available. My girlfriend found the staff to be very helpful and polite, especially the lass with dark hair and glasses. Really cheerful and offered some great advice. Can't recommend this place enough.
The woman working behind the counter was very unhelpful when it came to my UPS package. I felt very unwelcome and that she had a hostile tone towards me, even though I apologised for the situation and remained as polite as possible. Having been in twice that day and shown her my ID she knew there was a package that I was waiting for that the driver had not delivered. When UPS phoned her up she was unhelpful, and when they did arrive with my package she refused to accept it from the delivery driver, knowing full well that it was for me. It felt like this woman took an instant dislike to me for no reason. As a result of this experience I will not be entering the shop again.
One star is too generous. I rang and explained i would be collecting the parcel and asked what id i need, so i went in store on my lunch break, I tried to collect a parcel but she said it was scheduled to go back as it was the last day of collection through no fault of my own so would not let me collect it. Instead of being helpful and suggesting i contact UPS to reschedule a delivery she was rude and seem to buzz of this authority she though she had by not giving me the parcel. I rang UPS whilst in store and she just kept saying 'well its going back', after i explained i have spoken with UPS and i would collect the next day. Due to the horrendous customer service and attitude i received i rang UPS back and said i would never step foot in that store again and arranged for it to be delivered to a different address This is my third time collecting from this store and every time the same terrible unhelpful argumentative attitude. UPS should not be dealing with this woman
As another person said previously, one star is too much!! I went today to Retro Rehab shop to collect an UPS parcel. Being a nice weather, I took my dog for a walk 20 minutes to the store from my house. We walked in the shop and a lady with glasses is informing me that no pets are allowed in. My dog is a 9kg Jack Russell not that larger dogs are less entitled to walk in the store at all. I politely said to her that I would just like to collect my parcel, the store was empty anyway so no customers have been distressed by the presence of Milo. She insists to leave the dog outside, I'm saying that I cannot leave him outside and I'm begging her to hand me the parcel and we will be gone in no time. After pushing a bit the string and insisting to get my parcel, she is demanding to "Take my stinky dog outside of her shop". She is the owner by the way. I have recently moved from London to Manchester and I am not being illogical at all, I understand that rules are rules but I have been walking into a grocery store and the staff happily let me in with my dog to quickly purchase something. I might have had very high expectations I guess. In the end I did walk home with Milo and returned with no dog to get my parcel, which took about 30 seconds. Now I work in customer service as well and I have seen restaurant managers allowing people to DINE IN with their pet because they were trying to please people walking through their doors. If, as a business owner, you treat your potential customers like that, how do you expect people to buy from you? What I found the most ironical thing was that she has a sign outside the shop that states "Be Earth friendly, buy vintage clothing". Whatever you do, please, do not walk through this person's shop doors. She doesn't deserve customers. She called me an idiot. This is unacceptable!

I walked all the way from work to pick it up. The sender has mistakenly put “De Silva” as my surname instead of “Silva”. The rest of the name was right and the lady she was a short haired lady – trying to be specific as I don’t want to accuse any other person at the counter refused to give me the parcel even after showing her all the proofs to show I am the owner of the package. She was very mean, Rude and Very inconsiderate. When I told her that my name is uncommon – she said rules are rules and she cant help because my name is uncommon if she does that would mean discrimination on people with common names. Seemed that she was trying hard to show off assumed authority! I would never want my parcels delivered to this place – as are the other people who have reviewed in google.

The lady in the shop was very mean, Rude and Very inconsiderate. she said come back tomorrow, rules are rules and she cant help because I don't have a physical passport. Come on!!!! I have a student card with my name and photo. I have a photo of my passport in my phone. Are they not enough to prove that the parcel is mine???????????? Fine, JUST RETURN THE PARCEL!!!! I would never want my parcels delivered to this place – as are the other people who have reviewed in google. FK THE RULES!
Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before I ordered a parcel to be collected at Retro Rehab. I agree with all the one star reviews - the lady behind the counter was rude and extremely unhelpful. She clearly hates her job and the fact the store is a UPS collect point. I get it, she's a Debbie Downer and not happy with her life, but don't take it out on customers.
Rude member of staff, who has zero attitude to work. Rejected a ups parcel that got accepted elsewhere. Firstly, well done for such a professional repply, it completely proves that the owner is capable of handling customers with the right attitude. Not really, and by looking at many of the other comments I can see I'm not the only one who has been mistreated. Secondly, it had all the relevant documentation, learn the regulations or do not have an UPS point. It was a prepaid return envelope, thus the requirements you asking for were unnecesary. Don't worry I won't appear in your bussines anymore and probably neither anyone who sees this review.
Great shopping experience. The staff very kindly helped me to choose a dress for my partner as a surprise. I'd been desperately trying to find something suitable and had been pulling my hair out! The guys offered a very personal service and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the lovely team, my other half was over the moon with the dress they helped me to pick out. The personal touch means a lot!
Rude member of staff younger one who has zero attitude to work. Reply to your comment. Think it’s a daughter of the store owner/worker. This is the third time she deals like she can not be bothered working as if she doesn’t want to be there. Rejected a ups parcel that got accepted elsewhere
