The manager is extremely unhelpful, not what you expect from a great shop like oi polloi. Won’t be shopping there again due to her unprofessional and rude manor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! 5 months and still waiting for my refund. Bought a jacket and they sent me wrong size. Jake (the person who I contacted via oi polloi's mail) told me that they were very sorry and to send it back to their shop in Manchester (full refund guaranteed), so I did. Once they received the jacket, they don't answer my mails anymore. I'm still waiting for my refund!! And now they are NOT answering my mails... unbelievable... To my surprise this is not their first time doing this... It has become their standard way to proceed... I have been reading a lot of reviews from people complaining about their customer service. I would NEVER buy again from this "shop" and would NOT recommend to anyone. I feel that I got scammed... Seriously I can't believe how this shop is still operating... Before making any purchase from this "shop" just search 'oi polloi reviews' on google and read the opinions that people wrote on their facebook page.

A very trendy place that comes with a high price tag. If you don't mind more upmarket costs then this is definitely the place to shop with a very wide selection of purposefully selected items. A must visit if you're in the area.

Great store stocking the best brands and finest collections from around the world. Manchesters finest but serverly let down by the arrogant and dismissive staff. Good customer service costs nothing and as the winning Oi Polloi formula has been replicated in other cities by customer focused shops I find myself being pushed into their arms! It's a shame but I'd rather spend my £££££ in a business that delivers great client experiences alongside interesting product.

Good clobber but went in last saturday with my work gear on completly ignored by the staff who look at you like shite spent a lot in there over the years wont be bothering again
