My mum was after an outfit for my wedding so we travelled up from Cornwall after having no luck locally. Luisa and another lady sorry, I can't remember the name made us all 5 of us feel very welcome. They gave us lots of advice and brought various styles for my mum to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. They know what they are talking about and as a result, my mum now has two outfits that she is extremely happy with. Highly recommend and will definitely be back if in need or some lovely outfits. Many thanks Luisa and lovely colleague. It was a great experience.
Amazing staff, very helpful, not pushy and they were happy for us to take our time.
Manager is very bolshy, telling you what you should or shouldn't buy, that your bigger then the size you know you'd body to be , made to feel looked down on, won't be returning.

Manager was very patronising...I would not go there again, and certainly would not recommend.
Get the feeling of being looked down upon by the owner every time I've been there. With this attitude they might soon close their second store too!
