Have been coming here for years to have my son's rugby kit embroidered with their initials on but popped out yesterday to have some Hartpury kit embroidered after not being out there for a while and now I will never return again. I was met with a very terst receptionist who really wasn't interested in helping us and made that quite clear in making us explain exactly what we wanted and didn't engage in asking questions. Then decided it was abit of an effort to get a job sheet to take details from us and didn't really listen to what she was being asked as regards to a specific request. A bit of customer training and manners wouldn't go a miss! Very disappointed in the initial greeting and service after being a customer for many years. I will not be recommending as I use to, to other Rugby Mum's because a good business is all about good customer service and that starts the minute you make that initial contact.

Orders one item 5 weeks ago which has still not arrived, emailed and no reply very poor service.
