Great customer service. I ordered something online the week before Christmas, the confirmation email said delivery would be 7- 10 days. I gave the store a call as I was a little concerned it wouldn't make it before Christmas, after speaking to a couple of the friendly staff they confirmed it was in stock and shipped it the following day for next day delivery. It's only a small point but it makes a really big difference when staff care enough to offer up solutions and go that extra mile. Thanks!

What a lovely shop! Two floors of inspirational furnishings, artwork, gifts and essentials. The staff are enthusiastic and knowledgable; and the prices are keen, while reflecting the superb quality of the stock. We have enhanced our lives with a beautiful lamp and an exciting sculpture, and bought one of their great clocks as a present for our son.

Excellent customer service, great knowledge of the wares and couldn’t do enough to help from finding what we need all the way through to when it was placed in our living room. Would recommend to anyone.

We love this shop and stock they sell however the company they use to deliver tjeir items leave a lot to be desired! In an age when most deliveries are free and they can at the very least give you an am or pm delivery....tbis is not the case with Respire. We had to pay for delivery. The delivery company will not give an am or pm time so you have to wait in all day. The driver we had was extremely rude and obnoxious and he took no care with our items. Not a great experience!!

I bought a gorgeous geo print tub chair from Respire.Great price and great service-they even ordered in some extra cushions in the same print for me even though they didn't stock them.
