Debenhams is Debenhams! You know you're going to get fair quality items at reasonable prices.  The assistants at the Hastings store Ladies clothes department are friendly and very helpful. Two of them helped me find the perfect accessories for an outfit for a special occasion. Managed to get some good bargains too, which is always a bonus when shopping! Debenhams do tend to give good reductions on sale items.

The clothes was really good to look all trying them on  and the cafe upstairs need a good clean and a paint job on the windows because the  rust is coming in and the staff at the cafe was really really fantastic i score them a 10out 10 for they best work in the cafe

Hastings Debenhams has friendly and helpful staff. In the sales, I've enjoyed a lot of great bargains, especially in clothing. There's a handy cafeteria in store, too.

We like the store in Hastings but find it is not stocked so well lately and the store is a bit tired feeling. The outside of the store facing the seafront is very messy and is not very inviting.

Always a pleasure to visit this store- well laid out with all the latest in fashion- nick- nacs for the whole family.  Great ideas for Christmas presents and decorations.  I always find what I am looking for - and i can relax after in their lovely coffee shop/ restaurant  to enjoy a main meal or just coffee / pot of tea and pastries.
