Had a very good experience at this shop, staff were really friendly and helpful. The shop itself is well looked after and clean which gave us confidence to buy from there. They are very professional, never had much experience with reptiles before but Sandy was able to kindly help and advise us on everything we needed to know. Me and my boyfriend are very happy with the tortoise we purchased, you can tell they are well looked after and cared for. Highly recommend.

My daughter wanted a leopard gecko for her birthday and Reptile Ranch was the perfect place to get advice for us novices. Sandy clearly cares about all her reptiles and took time to explain everything to my daughter. We now are in possession of a cheeky gecko and love him. Highly recommended for anyone considering a pet reptile. 5/5

The best reptile shop! John is superb, very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, provides excellent customer service and an amazing sense of humour! Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Excellent selection of food and animals. My last purchase was tortoise and we are loving it! Provided with care sheet, all the do's and don'ts, very helpful, Thanks Sandy, see you guys soon.

I’d give this 10 stars if I could. This is a very polite and warm welcoming shop for all reptile needs big or small. Pop there weekly to get food and bits for my pets good value for money, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Any problems or concerns just ask and they are always willing to help where they can 100% reptile lovers. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Very knowledgeable within their field. Excellent service and very friendly (helped me to overcome my fear of snakes). Always on hand to offer help and advice. Reptiles are very healthy and looked after well. The live food is of high quality. All equipment including vivs, bulb fittings/bulbs, decorations, sand ect is of a great standard with reasonable prices for all their products. A place where they look after regulars and welcome new customers. Over all The Reptile Ranch is a brilliant shop that I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have a reptile as a pet.
