Went in last week to find a bearded dragon for my daughter and was met with a brilliant, and knowledgeable team. They explained what needed to be done with bearded dragons with us and our daughter. We collected him today and again everything was brilliant. Made sure we had the right setup and Temps were good for Blaze beardies name to be safe. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Brought my bearded dragon here as a baby 4 years ago and she's still thriving. Used to use the store in Basingstoke before it closed so come here once a month to get extra supplies when I'm in the area. Truly fallen in love with their red chameleon and the babies nVery knowledgeable staff and my first point of call if I have questions
I’ve always loved visiting this place to see all the reptiles, today I took my brother in to see and learn about Bearded Dragon’s as he’s been wanting to get one. A massive thank you to Luca and Jacob who were extremely attentive and knowledgeable and happy to go through every step of caring for one and even got some out to view and pet. They have both given us confidence in knowing how to look after a beardie and will be there for support throughout. You can tell the shop care well about the animals and are very supportive to customers. Thanks again for being awesome and can’t wait to come back
Went in for the first time in years for crestie handling experience. We thought the shop was so much smaller! So much space and many animals! Loved lil Pancake, Tiggy and Lilly sm. Didn't know staff names, but one was happy to stand and chat about invertebrates and showed me their lovely 2 headed hoggie. Very helpful and helped us decide about chameleon species, trantulas etc. Great stuff.
Taking a stroll on a Sunday and discovered the best afternoon adventure - Reptasia! Luckily for me, Kevin and Bradley father and son duo were there to guide me through this wonderful and interesting place! There is much to see so plan on at least an hour to get to know everything that is on offer and to learn about the many characters that live there permanently. You will know which ones they are as they're named. I'm rather a novice at reptiles so I really thought the way they labeled each one was super helpful and gave me insight as how much time and effort it takes to have it at home. Kevin and Bradley were awesome at sharing with me different reptiles - and even letting me hold Bruno! Go all the way back to meet the mama reptile - crocodile monitor! The fish are also so beautifully displayed as are the snakes, geckos, and chameleons. So much to see!
