Staff are great, very knowledgeable and helpful, sally went above and beyond over the few visits we had before purchasing a leopard gecko and vivarium, time was spent explaining everything to ourselves and more importantly to us our kids. Not our local shop but worth the drive just for the kindness, helpfulness, professionalism and respect shown to myself partner and kids. Many thanks for the great time and experiance.
Animals on display with no locks on the doors appropriate labels and prices. A large Crocodile Monitor in an exceptionally small enclosure with a pair of tongs keeping the enclosure shut setting a sad and low standards for the reptile Industry. More animals as shop pets than for sale of which all had far to small, inappropriate enclosures for the species including large animals like Rhino Iguanas. How this place holds an animals activities licence is beyond me and the local council should be ashamed of themselves.
Best reptile shop around!! Staff are amazing!!! I adopted 2 year old panther chameleon called rocky and the staff made sure I knew everything I needed to know and even helped me dismantle and take the stuff to the car! Anytime I ring they always help and have great advice
They looked after our chameleon while we we on holiday. Excellent service, its the second time we have used them and will use them again. Great store, great variety of products!!!
I absolutely loved my visit and the service was like no other. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and they educated us very well about the animal we were looking to purchase. We came away very satisfied with the customer service and the overall products and reptiles in store. Would definitely recommend!
Went in to buy crickets for a friend who is away. Wasn’t met with a hello or welcome just ignored until I said hello after standing at the till whilst they chatted amongst themselves. Proceeded to awkwardly ignore me while playing music through a phone. Politeness goes a long way, shame this seems to be the standard with some people now
Omg, what a wonderful find! The staff are warm, experts and were delighted to show their knowledge and experience ! I honestly can’t recommend this enough. We went in for a lizard and came out with a python. Love love love this place. The kids also had a wonderful time, meeting snakes, tortoises, lizards etc all up close abs were allowed to interact with them - truly magical!
I bought a baby lesser royal python from this place, in march. I was told he eats regularly and was sold to me for just over £100. Today I found him dead, upside down in his box. I wasn’t told when I got him that he had a birth defect in his tail. I wasn’t told that he refused food, I have owned snakes for over 13 years and never had an issue with any until I bought from here. The snake didn’t eat during the 4-5 months I had him for. Was barely active and didn’t seem to grow or improve. 100% do not recommend buying from here as all they care about is money. Not the welfare of the animals they sell/breed.
I went today to the store to see the royal pythons and ended up staying for a whole hour looking around and holding the snakes the people there where really nice and really helpful and gave me enough information about the royal python and I am thinking of getting one in the near future from here
