Bought a budgie from here a couple of years ago , and every time I return to buy seeds or toys always a friendly atmosphere , staff ask how it's getting on . Always friendly Would highly recommend

This shop has been here as long as I can remember and I have been visiting it for that long. They sell absolutely everything you could possibly need for your pet, no matter how exotic it is. They also sell a wide range of animals. From giant land snails and tortoises to kittens and birds. The biggest problem with this place is that it's too small so if a lot of customer's go in at once it takes ages to get served. Apart from that small inconvenience I've had no problems with this place. Have bought animal feed from here for years. Never a problem with it.

Used these twice now. Won't be bitten a 3rd time. The quality of there inverts is shocking. The last one I brought was so dehydrated it drank from my finger, another died 48 hrs after buying. When I told the shop, I got told well we had had it for weeks and it was ok, it must be something you did. Lies as they ordered it in for me, and I collected within 48hrs. I have 20 years exp in keeping inverts, do not use these they have no idea how to look after them, and what's worse, they don't seam to care.

we brought a canary from here at Christmas he was so underweight he didn't last long. we then brought a cage from them found somewhere cheaper and they refused to refund us. man runs the shop and his sister is head office apparently. been past this shop and looked in the window and two bunnies where in a cage with a tiny guinea pig. No food or hay and bottles they were drinking from were green that's just the pets you can see in the window the ones out the back are much worse off! how these people are still selling animals I will never know! people moan about pets at home at least their animals are fed and watered. truly disturbing.
