We attended this place, mainly to look at the fish. Before we make a purchase, I feel that it is prudent to film a few of the tanks to ensure that we make a good selection. I appreciated that the members of staff did not interfere with my filming because I make decisions more effectively if I can ruminate upon things because buying animals is an important decision. The members of staff were kind and lovely. I heard them speaking to other customers and being helpful. I have included some photographs. They also had Bearded Dragons, which I also photographed, if anyone would like to take a look.
Popped in to look at cat flea treatment. Came out with 50% off and a subscription! Lovely knowledgeable lady helped me decide which one then a very helpful gentleman came and very quickly, as I had an appointment took my details, gave me some really handy tips and set everything up. Really positive shopping experience.
I keep Guinea pigs, The shop sells almost everything you could need for almost every pet or animal. However, the hay or straw is almost always dusty same applies to Woodshavings bedding. Also, the stock here isn’t always great. Apart from that though, in the Farnborough store the workers are considerate, polite, and knowledgeable. And I absolutely love the tunnels and houses for small animals sold here.
Good store, parking is available most of the time. Staff are friendly. Nice too see the animals. Good prices for cat stuff
Superb range of items, kids love to see the various animals for sale. Its a shame its so hard to find staff when you need them. Especially when trying to buy fish. Friendly and professional staff when you do find them.
Never ever have the cat litter I want whereas their store in Alton has. The feline section is always quite sparse so why don't they order more in. Ridiculous
Staff are always on hand to help. They greet you with a smile, offer advice whilst you are in store and leave you feeling happy you have bought some great for your pet.
Pet Grooming - Shocking - If I could give ZERO stars I would! Our dog is 11 years old. We have had him groomed every 2-3 months. I have never seen a dog groomed like this before. The whole family is upset with how he now looks. Thank god his coat will grow.
This is somewhere I actually enjoy to relax as much as anything else. The buns here have a lovely, decent sized enclosure and always seem very happy. The place is full of dogs and their owners, again, they all look very happy. Ranges of stock are good, and they always seem to keep stock levelsn nice and high. It's well laid out, too, with decent wide aisles and sensible grouping.
This is not my general experience but today, 29th Sept 2022, I needed some information about joint supplements for my cat. However, apart from a single young girl on the till there were no other staff anywhere to be seen. The girl on the till told me that they were all on some health course but if I went & waited in a particular aisle she would see if someone could come & help. Having waited a good while for someone to come and help, I gave up & walked out of the shop. If you're going to have all your staff unavailable at the same time then close the shop! Today, appalling service.
