Genius thy name is still Paul. I 'lost' all my photos on my computer and he found them. I had done something stupid, and he showed me what I did, and to back up the photos silly girl.

Genius thy name is Paul.  I have been lucky enough to find Paul, and he has helped me the past 2-3 years with ALL sorts of problems.  From the tricky, to the silly(me being silly as I am so PC illiterate).  He is always helpful, funny, and there when you need him.  You need look no further.  Thanks Paul, and sorry it has taken 2 years to write this!  KK

I was very impressed with the fast and friendly service provided by Paul.  He fixed the issue with my desktop PC quickly – in fact I had my computer back in less than 24 hours.  The price was very reasonable also.  I will certainly be going back to him in the future!

Have taken my laptop problems to Paul a few times now.  He's welcoming and quick to fix the issue or devise a work-around.  He will advise on security, backups and general good practice.  If there's nothing useful that can be done, he will tell you so.  He's up-to-speed with trends and, if necessary, can advise on new devices.

Excellent knowledge and service. Very reasonable price. Thoroughly and clearly explained the problem. Also helped to tidy and speed up the system. Above and beyond anything you'd get at PC World and for a fraction of the price. Will definitely use him in future.

Paul always responds to telephone and email enquiries quickly.  My computer lost everything (as I hadn't backed it up).  He restored as much information as he could and then helped me to understand what I needed to do to prevent such a thing happening again.  I'm now more computer literate! 
It's good to know an expert is just around the corner to help me out if needed. Thanks Paul
