I have had 2 guitars from this shop and a number of other items. Always friendly and if not available in store can source it for you. I would highly recommend.

I took my guitar there for adjustment earlier this year and it plays really well now. The nice people even stayed open late so that I could collect it as I got stuck in traffic on the way there picking it up.

Ever since I was 13, I've been using this shop. I'm pleased to say that the quality of service has never dropped once. I've always been warmly greeted by staff who know their product and are always eager to answer my silly questions. They make you feel at ease, even if you know next to nothing about music. Now, at the age of 22, I know a little bit more, but I still pick up interesting titbits from the gang there. They're clearly very passionate about, not just musical instruments, but good, old fashioned service. Musical instruments are a personal thing, and I think it's of the utmost importance that you try out what you buy, before you buy it. At MH Music, they seem to understand and encourage this, as they allow you to try out whatever you may be looking into without any bother. A really great shop.

I bought a Revelation RTJ-60 guitar online from MH music and initially was wary as they offered lower prices with the assurance of 'set up' on top of that. I contacted them prior to ordering as I wanted to double-check everything was OK. I needed have worried. Despite my purchase being very much at the budget end of the market their service and communication was superb. I am delighted with the guitar which was delivered almost immediately, well packaged and plays like a dream.
