I went into this shop today with a new phone I had bought which was the same model as I always use but which did not work. The man was very helpful and calm and found what was wrong and put it right. I am elderly and am so grateful that he not only knew what he was doing but put me at my ease and did not make me feel bad about not understanding technology! There was no charge though I would certainly have been happy to pay. Thank you.
Picked up a new phone at a very good price, they even transferred everything from my old phone to the new one at no extra cost. Pleasant staff who were helpful and friendly. Will be coming back for my upgrade when I can!
