Terrible parking arrangements - my husband had to go several times for physiotherapy and although he tried to pay it ius a very complicated system of scanning QR codes etc - you cannot just put money in or pay be card - and he ended up getting a £100 parking fine. He is so angry he has asked to be changed to another physio he was sent to this one via insurance claim and has cancelled all up coming appointments.
This place used to be good for meetings etc, and parking was free, the biggest let down now is that you have to pay for parking, this has put me off from using this building, costa which is around the corner from here, is much better and less formal, you can have a drink and sit in and have a meeting or chat and parking is free...
Do not like the fact you pay for parking by mobile phone in this car park ... The place is great uses different companies under one roof ...

Parking spaces have been taken away but office spaces are nice.
Diabetic Eye Screening Programme I attended an eye screen at the Regus offices. The system in place was very efficient. The car park was relatively empty. You entered your Reg. No. On an Ipad to let the nurse know you had arrived. The nurse then toook you through to the screening room. The basic eye test was done and the drops administered. You were shown through to a waiting room whilst the drops did their work. You were then taken back to the screening room where the photographs were taken. All very quick and painless.
Went for NHS diabetic eye screening..its located inside this Regus building..looked really nice..the receptionist was the most ignorant person I have EVER met. Didn't look up at all..was texting on her phone..little notice on reception I read says register your car on IPad..when I tapped it ..it didn't do anything..I said can you help!.. roll of eyes.."press start" she said pointing with her white fingertips..and continued in a bored drawl..Are you here for the NHS screening pointing to another notice. Read this..she said almost under her breath I don't work for them..!! Notice said someone would be out to collect you..she pointing to some seats.. wait over there ...Jesus Christ!!...someone have a word with this bored woman..sure there are plenty of people who would love to do her job..and actually like what they do..sorry I didn't give five stars..originally gave one..but thought the guy who saw me was perfectly fine and it's not his fault they've got a ignorant sullen unfriendly painted barbie on reception..would've used expletives but restrained myself
Office is relatively nice and easy access to m4, local food shops but parking is expensive in the car park. Can park on the street for free.
Perfect place to hire a work place on long or short term. Andrea at the reception is a gem and asset to Regus. She will always try her best to help out tenants. Perfect transport connections including free coach rides to and from Reading station and town centre.
