Waiting time at least two hours, one of many places that should be fast paced but unfortunately is going slower and slower. Worse than a couple of months back when I came for the first time
Came here to do a 9:30 delivery, got here at 7:30 and was sent away again until 9am. Told to go to a bay but not open fridge doors, I would get told on the intercom in the drivers waiting room! Sat here for two hours until I was told to open them! Unloaded in half an hour. Facilities were very poor and waiting room was like an oven!
I've had to award one star because they don't do 8ths of a star !!!
I’ve been going to this place almost 3 years I’m always punctual and never complain but recently I don’t know what’s happened here .First of all they dont let you in no earlier than 30 mins before booking time ! when you have to load at a warehouse you might be 1-4 hrs then a 5.5hrs journey you cannot judge the time to get there ! I’m always 90% 1 hr early at least I’ve been let in and placed on a bay doors shut now been turned away .Plus there’s a job trying to park outside so many cars down the street when you do get in your another 2-3hrs waiting in a portacabin that smells with no tv no drinks machine nothing ,please sort this mess out either get more staff on the job or don’t order as much products on that day or open longer hours or days ! The toilet is always out of order and blocked I was refused toilet at security which breaches health and Saftey issues ? so had to go to Aldi over the road ? .Maybe it’s a staffing issue I don’t know but something needs doing best of luck ..
Another abnormal place where they keep the drivers in a small breathless cage.
