I have been to alot of delivery  points like brakes , but none that make you hand in your keys and won't let you sit in your own cab while tipping which also takes ages

Arrived 20 mins early, waited over 1 hour in the cabin to open doors and back on a bay. On the bay for over 2 hours. Over 3 hours in total for 5 pallets is absolutely poor. Hauliers avoid

Redicus having to wait hours in a packed out portacabin with no fresh air flow , they are not bothered about COVID and certainly not bothered about drivers

Terrible place for delivery arrives 2 hours before booking time security on gate house tells you turn up and waiting outside for exactly booking time. Finally get on the bay and again waiting another 2 hours just tell you drive now you can open the door and handed key's to the office. Driver waiting rooms outside no air-conditioned feeling like in oven in this hot wheatear.

Once you get through the gate ... its not too bad ... Happy friendly staff.. and not too long waiting time .. Now ... back to the gatehouse ... !! I'm writing this hoping that his employers see this ? I have never met anyone who simply has no clue as to what he is doing... !! There was a complete language barrier where I honestly gave up trying to understand a word he was saying .. !! I was told to return at 7 am. I did so to be refused entry and told to wait outside as no free bays . I then watched 3 other vehicles enter and straight onto a bay  I walked to the gatehouse . Sorry sorry I forgot .??? I returned with the truck to be given a bay .. which already had a truck on it ! At this point I went to goods in... and all good ...  But seriously.... !!

This place takes too long to tip 2.5hrs , And you have to Sit in porter cabin while they do this.

I'm the Chef in the employee restaurant, but if ur after all sorts of different foods to buy, for restaurants, cafe's, supermarkets I recommend them.....!!!

Made to wait over 2 1/2 hours to get 2 pallets off. It’s a 5 minute job. Absolute jobsworths. No different to the other Brakes depots. Shocking service, awful staff

2 hours minimum tip, if you turn up early or on time it doesn't matter. Strict with booking times yet are never on time themselves. Everyone is always chatting!
