It's unfortunate that we have to give a "star" in order to provide a review. I recieved a surprising email about my account being sent to collections for non payment even though the account has had automated payments taken from my account for the past few years. I then received an email apologizing for the inconvenience explaining due to them having changes to their system that my payment details had been removed. I requested to close my account due to this lack of professionalism and also discovered their extremely high prices in comparison to other companies, mind you this is after 3 years of already being with the company. I was then told I would need to pay the remainder of my account to be in good standing in order to close. I then contacted their office in Toronto since there was such difficulty with the suitation and now according to the last conversation with a representative they requested to pay $800 to close an account for a mailbox service which has already been requested to be terminated. I'm normally not one to take 1 star reviews seriously and consider then one off situations but then noticed that this was a repetitive situation after reading their reviews. Save yourself the hassle, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT do any business with Regus for virtual offices instead sign up with alternatives such as Innovation Works. Their mailbox services for a year is approximately the cost of 1 month at Regus. And now this is their response - "Hi, we appreciate your feedback. We’d like to learn more about your experience to help us make improvements in the future" There is no future, I don't even want a present. I simply wanted to close my account without being gouged into making a payment for a folder to keep my non existing mail considering we have already forwarded our mail for months now. This is robbery
I have to agree with a lot of other reviews here: fees are hefty and many come as a surprise. For instance the "office restoration fee" apparently also goes to "the general ongoing maintenance of the facility" I returned my office in the exact same condition I found it, so this fee really hurt. This on top of an overall poor experience all around: from miscommunications, unmotivated staff, and dated facilities. The private office itself was adequate however, and the location within London is fairly good. All in all, I will not renew the experience, nor can I recommend it.
This location and their staff are great. No problems at all in this regard. They are freindly and accomodating as much as they can be. The problem is that they pretty much defer any issues to the corporate help-desk-call-center-customer-service black-hole. I don't blame them for this, as I think this is how they are structured. The help desk however is a maddening experience, with terrible customer service where the bare minimum effort seems to be the standard. God help you if you have a billing issue, trouble with their app, or need to terminate your agreement. Save yourself the effort. Just accept the loss and refocus your efforts on something more productive, like baking, or spending time with your kids, or writing scathing reviews across all social media platforms.
They will charge you blind, left right and centre! Literally. Used the office once. Paid for the month. Told them to cancel. They didn't. They told me someone will contact me. No one did. Now they are charging me a late payment charge. On top of that, if you go to the office, they say to call customer service; but there is no actual person to talk to.
Totally illegal charging company. They steal your money right in front of your eyes! Advertising 60$ a month virtual office! Then you have activation fee! Then you dont get 60 you get 78$. Then if you think is finish here no no no! You will get invoice with lot of extra charges! You never asked for any of them! Canada scam system!
Our lawyers office is in this fine building.
This office is terrible, it comes with a man and few women. Once there is time, the arguments start between some renters, as obviously the rental admin people one of the women favor the guy who intrude someone's office. As other renter prefer go police, the admin office ask to close the door and never to let the intruder know the rule. The office is very noise and those door are not able to sound proof. The office was separated into small, and holes of ventilation connected room to room and you can even see other room's light and hear the voice from those holes. Those admin people are not able to teach renters how to do and what to do. For money wise, all kind of people and type office are there. So, be caution of this.
The most disorganized company and unable to answer and adjust wrong charges they put on your account. It took threatening legal action for them to pay attention
Went to the office for the first time to check my mail at the front desk... Cold reception, no acknowledgment of a new member. Left there with a feeling that I shouldnt have to go there unless I get an email from them... Terrible experience for the first time visit to the rental company Regus.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
I've been walking in and out of this building for 35 years now and tho nothing inside has changed much I still enjoy walking tho and looking in at the stores items.
