**My Horrendous Experience with Regis: A Cautionary Tale** I feel compelled to share my incredibly disappointing experience with Regus SIgnature, marked by unprofessionalism, incompetence, and dishonesty. Here's a brief overview: **Initial Rental: Shared Office** In February 2023, I began renting a shared office space. The experience turned sour when a tenant hammered his desk without apology, prompting me to seek a more professional environment. Transition to a Private Office** I upgraded to a private office, expecting better service. Despite higher costs, the service remained abysmal: **Lighting Problems:** - From October to April, my office had no ceiling lights. Multiple complaints yielded no results. 2. **Internet Connectivity:** - The internet was non-existent in March and unstable in April. Requests for compensation were dismissed as "out of scope." 3. **Lease Cancellation and Additional Costs:** - Regis refused to cancel my lease and imposed unmentioned renovation costs. Only persistent complaints led to a refund but again these renovation costs were unjustified and not mentioned at the beginning of the lease. **A Polite Facade:** The staff was polite but ineffective, focusing only on collecting rent. **Lack of Accountability:** Regus showed no regard for service quality or customer satisfaction, even when threatened with reporting to the MCA. **Comparison to Financial Industry Standards:** Regus conduct starkly contrasts with the financial industry's emphasis on integrity and accountability. **What to Do with the Stock:** Given Regis' unethical practices and dishonesty, especially in a challenging real estate market, consider the risks before holding their stock. **Conclusion:** Reguss embodies arrogance, incompetence, and dishonesty. I cant get through to anyone trying to cancel this account its been ongoing for two years they have no way of dealing with people they just keep trying to harass people it would be good if i get a complaint handler get in touch
We and our partners at CSDS have been using Office Space facilities for a few years now and thought it'd be a good investment in using regus in locations where our staff are being contracted out by clients so they have multiple workspaces available to them for creativity as apposed to one location day in day out. Katarina Krajcirovicova at London Berkeley has provided us with amazing support, getting us of the ground and pointing us in the right direction whenever information is needed. I would not hesitate to recommend businesses seeking a solution within greater London to speak to her. Regards Happy Customer
My experience at this center has been nothing short of a nightmare. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against choosing this place for your business needs. Poor Cleaning Standards: The cleanliness of the center is atrocious. The space is constantly untidy, and the overall hygiene is unacceptable. It's as if cleaning is not part of their service at all. Unreliable Internet: The internet connection is consistently unreliable. Productivity is significantly affected due to frequent disconnections and slow speeds. This alone is a massive drawback for any business. Subpar Services: The services provided by the center are way below the standard one would expect. From the lack of professionalism among the staff to their inability to handle even basic tasks, the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Hidden Fees Galore: Prepare to be shocked by unexpected fees on a daily basis. They seem to have a talent for concealing costs until it's too late. It's a deceptive tactic that reeks of unscrupulous business practices. In summary, this center has proved to be the worst choice I have ever made. Even if they offered their services for free, I wouldn't recommend it. Save yourself the trouble and seek alternatives that prioritize cleanliness, reliable services, and transparent pricing. Please take this feedback seriously and avoid the unpleasant experience I had to endure. Choose a different center that values its customers and provides a professional and hassle-free environment.
My experience with Regus has been incredibly frustrating. They not only failed to deliver the promised service but also engaged in fraudulent activities by charging my account without my consent. Their customer service is non-responsive, making it impossible to resolve these issues. I am left with a lighter wallet and a bitter taste from this dreadful experience. I strongly recommend avoiding Regus at all costs.
Regus has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and business ethics. After paying for a virtual office service, I was told that my business didn't meet their criteria and thus, services could not be provided. But this didn't stop them from making further unauthorized charges from my account. This is a clear violation of my consumer rights and I urge anyone considering Regus for their business needs to think twice.
Prime location and amenities and services in the building throughout. Apart from own rented office space, there's an additional business lounge and office space available. Friendly staff and the cleanliness is appreciated. Lee in particular is AMAZING. Always there to brighten up your day! Excellent customer service and very hardworking, communicative and always helpful!!! The Regus staff is much appreciated!
Update: as expected, the response from Regus is the same as for all other feedback. My original review below states that I have already raised a query through help which has not been resolved. I have also emailed their Enterprise Support email address directly to no avail. --- Original review: The facilities here are absolutely superb and backed up by an amazing team on-site. Unfortunately, 1* review is for the back-office team as this seems to be the only way to get their attention. I can see from other reviews that Regus suggest raising cases via their help menu. I have tried this, and e-mailing them directly but my query seems to fall of deaf ears in both cases. Their system has been set up in a way where I am unable to book my allocation of 5 sessions per mth. For the price you pay for membership, this is absolutely ridiculous. Apologies for the team at London Berkeley Sq. who are wonderful, but unfortunately, they are let down by an incompetent back office team at Regus HQ.
I have been a Regus client for a few years now and I am more than happy with the level of service provided.Lee is an extraordinary centre Manager always professional and helpful. Lee is very positive and always greet with a warm smile : Anytime I have a question about the facility, Lee drops what he is doing and immediately helps out. Also Katarina is an excellent receptionist she is very helpful & friendly. Thank you for all your hard work.
A great atmosphere and Membership Lounge to work from. The Staff are always welcoming. In particular, Katherina has been a delight, she is very efficient in assisting with queries and goes above and beyond for client satisfaction. Highly recommended.
