Fabulous fun playing footgolf. nine holes to play twice. The kids absolutely loved it. Great exercise and plenty of fresh air. Highly recommended
I’m new to golf and have been working my way around the Par 3 9 Hole Courses around Greater Manchester to practice. I played on Regent Parks 9 hole “Academy” course today and it’s a disgrace to advertise this for playing golf on. They use the same holes for footgolf and they should just stick to footgolf. You’ve got loud people playing footgolf around you, footballs coming onto your hole, the state of the grass is a mess, the tee off mats are a shambles and the state of the putting green is abysmal, the grass at my home is better quality. Because they share the same holes with footgolf, you have two putting holes on each hole, one for a football and one for a golf ball so all of the golf hole flags have been removed so you haven’t a clue where the hole is from the tee and in some cases, if your ball lands behind a football hole, you have to hit 2 shots to go around it! Definitely wouldn’t recommend for playing golf. Stick to footgolf on this course and don’t waste peoples money advertising it for golf.
We played this course recently which overall was good. 18 holes is very reasonably priced. There is a driving range on sit with toptracer and automatic tees, along with a chipping and putting area. The course overall is well kept with some challenging holes but also good for the beginner. The bunkers are very hard sand. There looks to be a nice bar at the end. The only draw back was the amount of range balls on the 1st fairway. It was littered and took a good couple of minutes going through each one before our balls were found. I would play here again.
I was asked to decorate the newly refurbished events room and what can I say!! It's Beautiful, inviting and Cozy. I would highly recommend you take a look at here if your wanting to book a venue. Can't wait to be asked back for more LED Numbers and Balloons Alison Bolton Balloon Fairies
Great golf club with plenty of different golfing packages available. Footy golf is great for all the family and well worth the money. The clubhouse offers lovely food at reasonable prices and with a recent refurbishment it looks great. Friendly and helpful staff always available to answer any questions. Golf pros and novices welcome alike.
Club house is great, very popular. But the cost of the driving range now is a bit excessive. Not all bays are eletronic feed and £13.50 per 100.. Never thought they would be worse value than Trafford golf centre, but they now are...
Prices are decent and staff is friendly. I used just the driving range and there is only 1 deck with multiple bays. Great value for the money spent
Never played here before, only went because our course was fully booked but wasn't disappointed. The course was in good condition, followed by a cold beer in the modern clubhouse. We didn't eat but the food that was being served to others was well presented. Will definitely return.
I was very let down by this place, I payed £30 for a round of golf on a course that was in worse shape than most Sunday league rugby pitches. The tee boxes that were open were not tended to at all. The greens were bumpy as hell. The fairways were ripped up with tyre marks including green 8 and to top it all off hole 3 was closed, we weren’t notified at the pro shop or online. I’m starting to believe the inflated price is to pay for the extension to the bar ‍ won’t be returning any time soon.
Nice little nine holes. But muddy we visited on a dry warm day and still muddy in places
