Regency were the agents used by our sellers. I wasn't expecting our purchase to go through so easily & quickly but it did, which is, in my opinion down to the excellent people at Regency. Regency have dealt with the block management of our apartment and recently sold the apartment for us. We have only experienced friendly,helpful and professional service in both respects. Vanessa,Jody and Nick do a brilliant job in sales and the block management team of Zoe and Jane are a clear cut above anyone else we have used. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Regency have looked after my little house for a few years now and I’m very impressed with the service they provide. They do everything, find good tenants, get competitive quotes for jobs or items that need replacing. I get regular reports on the condition of the property and I never have to visit it. First class service they have provided me with.

I found the staff at Regency to be very helpful and friendly. providing assistance as needed throughout the rental process. I had an issue with the property so I raised this via their app and Masie contacted me promptly and arranged for the necessary repairs to be carried out. Great service.
