Bolton Entwistle Green estate agents have been so helpful and truly have gone above and beyond for us in finding a property where we haven’t received this service from other estate agents we have dealt with. They have no idea how much they are helping. Jemma is such a lovely person really helpful I can see why she is the branch manager. I especially would like to mention Keely who we met with to view one property she was so lovely and so professional knew exactly what she was talking about and it made us come away so much more positive and will be forever great full for the extra service that’s been put in.

I found this property and a gentleman called Carl answered who was very helpful and polite. He said he would call me back in 2 weeks as tenants had COVID. I forgot as I looked at different properties but he stuck to his word and he booked me in for viewing. Then Carl went to the extra mile and said that they can beat my broker's quote. I was very hesitant and thought that it was not possible and after speaking to Kate the broker who was also amazing, they managed to get me a cheaper deal which was a relief because my previous brokers were a nightmare.  In regards to the whole mortgage process, it was very smooth, they kept me updated along the way and did not run into any issues. They were easy to contact and would call us if need be.  We are extremely grateful to Carl and Kate, they are an asset to the Entwhistle Green. I would definitely be using them for a long time and have also told family and friends to use them.  Keep up the great work!

I recently viewed a property with Entwistle Green Lettings and was beyond impressed. During the viewing Katie was highly knowledgable on the property and surrounding area which made me feel really comfortable when viewing the house. The communication from all of the ladies in the office was outstanding, they went above and beyond to meet my needs and find me a suitable home.

I’d recommend this estate agents everyday. They made the whole process seamless, fast and simple. There were no complications and they were patient with me even when we needed time to sort out documentation, other agents would have moved on but they didn’t.
