Absolutely fantastic service, staff very helpful .My RCZ was left in with a water leak and it was dealt with efficiently,quick & not over expensively priced. we saw a car on Autotrader that was exactly what my wife wanted, then saw it was in northern Ireland, this raised concerns about viewing & delivery of the car. I rang regency cars & was assured by Darren that all shipping etc would be taken care of by them. Darren then sent us a video of the car without us even asking. we bought the car , which was delivered to our home 10 days later . The car is in immaculate condition , Darren kept us informed of the cars movements & answered all our calls promptly. we are very pleased with our purchase & would like to thank Darren for everything he did for us.
Great staff best for mobility cars
Avoid this place, bought a car a few months ago and had constant problems with it and when u try to ring they don’t want to know about it no help whatsoever don’t think they know what warranty is and do your research before buying all cars very overpriced. These reviews must be fake cause every time I was there, there was people in trying to get the cars fixed just red flags already
Great service.Very professional friendly staff.
We had a wonderful experience working with Darren at Regency Cars. He was helpful and went above and beyond. I mentioned that we wanted to buy a roof rack for the car and asked if he had any suggestions, he actually took the time to research it and see if they could install them for me. Even though the turn around time did not make it possible, he was incredibly helpful. And after finding the car, they cleaned it, inspected it, and delivered it to our front door within two days. Their professionalism, courteousness, and honesty has earned them a repeat customer.
Excellent customer service. Well looked after as always and excellent job on my car!
