Recently bought a VW Scirocco from these guys and have to say I'm absolutely delighted. Fantastic customer service from Jessica in the office. Had a small mix up with the spec of the car which Stuart the owner sorted out without question. Thankfully I haven't had any problems with the car but I'm pretty sure based on previous experience they'll sort it out no problem. Highly recommended. Would buy again from them tomorrow :-

Purchased a Fiesta from here in June. When took the car for test drive, heard immediately something not right. Apparently the serpentine belt was making it and was replaced. Since then, I've had a window fall into the door, a leak in the boot, a new starter needing replaced, brake pads worn to the metal and now it appears new discs are needed. Paid over 3k cash for the car and am already 5/600 into it within a year. Avoid.
Agreed to a deal, but didn't leave a deposit, turned up at agreed time, car was apparently sold cash but never left the fore court and is now £300 more. Thanks for what looks like a right scam. Anyway, the white Passat now only 7250 up from 6995, grab a bargain, NOT.
Purchased my car from them a while ago and initial thoughts were that they were friendly outgoing and willing to help. There was a problem with the car, which I felt was a fuel related issue. After the usual exchange of words with the owner and his mechanic nothing was investigated and in the end I just said fair enough lets leave it at that and walked out. Just recently had my car serviced and it turned out to be simply a fuel filter that looked as if it has never been changed. It was solid black with dirt and starting to collapse, causing the fuel to stop flowing now and again. I was told the car was fully serviced and checked over before I received it. I have no problems with the car as it is now going well, but I do have a problem with this garage stating that the car was fully serviced when a simple fuel filter wasn't changed. On top of that the brake discs which are not great according to the garage who did the service, weren't changed with the brake pads at the time of purchase. I won't be using them again or advising anyone to go there for their car. The three stars are for the car and that's it.
If you want to look at a used car without a pushy typical second-hand car salesman looking over your shoulder and telling you a load of rubbish, then J & J is the place to look. A nice selection of decent cars at decent prices, and the facility to look them over without pressure, have a test drive and so on is so refreshing. The staff are courteous, helpful and attentive without being in your face. Nice.
Recently purchased a Lovely Little VW POLO for my son Fraser, looked around numerous garages to find the best deal as you would. This was not the cheapest car available however the service history and overall presentation of the car and the friendly service from Stuart sealed the deal for us. Would defo recommend J AND J Motors .
I took my cousin down to buy his first car .Victor was a gentleman in saleing the car .and even give us a good offer we could not refuse without the hard push or in your face sales !! If you like this review give me a like.
