Popped in for a flick around the records. Spoke about a soon to be released Death of Slim Shady.The member of staff was very helpful,he got me a release date. I bought the libertines new album.paid contactless.no bother at all .I will definitely return very soon for another flick through the crates
Good shop with competitive prices but one member of staff lets the shop down. Has been off with me more than once and won't be returning as a result of it. Have given him no reason for him to behave like that towards me.
Ordered on a whim after no stores local to me in Teesside were doing RSD 2024, and at the Monday 8pm go live from a lot of the bigger well known stores were either down due to heavy traffic or were out of stock on what I wanted by the time the website loaded. Decided to have a change of tact by looking for the next closest stores to me and seeing if they were partaking in RSD, stumbled across Reflex through Google maps, got onto their website straight away, found what I wanted was in stock for a fantastic price compared to other shops and had managed to place the order easily within 4 or 5 minutes of finding their website, 36 minutes after the RSD leftover stock sale went live for online sellers. Buzzing! Had a very prompt order confirmation email, my order was shipped first thing Tuesday morning and arrived the next day on Wednesday, extremely well packaged, fast delivery, straight forward purchasing process, easy to navigate website and they included a stock list print out with the delivery with some extremely competitive prices which is great to have as an appreciation for the nostalgia! Great experience, super happy I got what I was looking for after missing RSD Saturday and facing disappointment with all other avenues. I've never stepped food in the store and had never heard about Reflex with not being local to Newcastle until I found them on Google maps and I'm glad I did. Will definitely be my first option when looking to buy records online instead of using discogs or the other big sellers as the prices are great and the delivery is fast and the service was well beyond what I'm used to, followed them on Facebook to stay up to date and the next time I'm over the water and up around that way I'm definitely going to pay a visit!
I've ordered a few times from reflex now, and have to say their service is fantastic! Everything I've ordered that is in stock I've received next day, and the record store day titles too. Recommending them to other collectors, and will be using them all the time now.
Staff fantastic, always willing to help if you get stuck looking for something. If they haven't got it in stock they order it in for you. Brilliant
Went to an instore session of Rachel Chinoriri. The owner was so friendly and welcoming to everyone. Really cool little spot!
Bought a limited edition vinyl which was sold out most places and was scratched but wasn’t the stores fault. They kindly replaced it free of charge for me and were very friendly in the process. Highly recommend this store as they have loads of special vinyls and are on top with recent albums coming out
Very friendly record shop with a lot of stock for a relatively small space. We picked up a good few very cheaply priced albums and found more here than at a few other record shops we'd visited here in Newcastle. Would definitely come back.
What a good record shop! With fine products, and nice and friendly people! If you have any questions about your order, you will receive a direct and quick answer from the people of the store. And if - in exceptional cases - there is a small problem with your order, they will also solve it quickly and correctly. Even for EU-citizens like me! ;-
Friendly and helpful staff. Worth a look in the bargain bins too. Recommended.
