Fabulous from start to finish. Donna my therapist was very attentive to my needs. She gave me a wonderful Indian head massage plus radiance facial.The room was cosy, warm with a nice feel, as was the gorgeous warm bed. I came out feeling very calm and relaxed indeed.This spa is a hidden gem with great therapists who give treatments to a very high standard indeed.
I attended for a 60mins pregnancy massage. I was cut short over 15mins which is very disappointing. Your 60mins should start soon as the massage starts? so I'm guessing they included my consultation in this time. The massage itself was ok but technique wasn't consistent unfortunately so I found that a little distracting so couldn't fully relax. The therapist was lovely. Lastly, the carpet in the reception area is filty. It was fully booked on the day so maybe work pressure caused my experience to be unsatisfactory. And yes I'm a coward, I didn't feed back when I was there.
Nice and relaxing. Pool could have been little bigger but SPA facilities were good especially steam room. You also got massage centre you need to book it in advance. We were guests of Shorefield park so already had passes to the pool and Spa.
Lily gave the best massage today! Such a good find!!
