I went in around February of 2021 to find my wedding dress. As soon as I walked in I felt uncomfortable. The place was cold & the lady who was taking our consultation seemed uninterested. I asked if I could choose the dresses I liked from the tail as this is what I had done in previous stores and she said no because they wouldn’t go up to my size. For reference, I’m a size 16. She asked me what I didn’t want in a wedding dress & I specifically asked for no diamonds/gens/dimontes. She said that the dresses that would fit me were in the back. She brought out three dresses, all of which has diamonds/gems on them. I was never allowed to choose from a rail of dresses. The lady just kept going out the back and bringing out dresses all with diamonds/gems. Again, I felt like she was uninterested & that it was almost annoying for her that I was a slightly bigger size. The shop was cold, the carpet out the back was old & discoloured.
I was really happy with my experience at Reflections today. I'm getting married in three weeks and had gone off the dress I chose previous to now, I got the ick!. I tried on a few dresses from the sale rail and I found one I really fell in love with. It is my dress completely. I cried as I never felt like a bride until this exact moment. Patricia made me feel at ease and I'm quite decisive so I knew, let's try fitted and blingy, it came with a matching cape and I've never seen anything more quaint and suited to my personality. I'm just so happy and looking forward to the big day now, I just feel like it has the X Factor.
I'm "plus size" and was very nervous dress shopping so I contacted the shop prior to booking an appointment to ensure they had dresses in my size and also because i didn't want it to be a wasted journey as I live quite a distance away. I told them my size and I was ensured that there were dresses in my size that would fit. Not one of the dresses fitted me and she even picked dresses that not only were just a little tight but they wouldn't even so much as go over my shoulders. Really poor experience, really knocked my confidence and added a lot of stress to the overall experience. Edit - in response to you claiming that I'm a "fake reviewer". Absolutely NOT. This is my own personal experience and it's true
I found my perfect dress at Reflections Bridal Studio. The ladies at the story are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to all future brides.
I visited the store today having not tried bridal dresses on before and Dawn was so welcoming, helpful and supportive. She knew exactly what she was talking about and knew the best styles to put me in which made the experience all the better and I said yes to the dress! I could not fault this experience at all and would definitely recommend Reflections in the future. Thank you for all your help :
I travelled over from Scotland to visit Reflections as they are the only stockist of Naviblue, a label with stunning long-sleeved dresses. The whole experience was well worth it and perfect from start to finish. Dawn was so friendly and put me at ease as I was a little tired and stressed from the journey. It was my first time trying on dresses and I found the one! The selection of dresses was beautiful and the little touches such as being able to try on the dress with shoes and practise walking with a bouquet and veil were so helpful. Dawn went the extra mile and was able to put in a rush order on my dress, confirming with the designer on the day that it would be ready in time.Thank you so much for such a special and personal experience.
Highly recommend this shop as your first choice for bridesmaid dresses! Having had a horrible and very stressful experience in another shop, we were delighted with how pleasant our experience with Dawn was. She made us feel completely at ease and helped us try lots of different styles that matched the brides dress. Dawn listened to what we needed and nothing was too much trouble for her, she even had dresses to try in larger sizes which the other shops didn't seem to even consider. She gave us the kind of dress shopping experience you always hope for, and we found the perfect bridesmaid dresses too! Such a wonderful experience, Dawn really knows what the customer needs!
I had contacted more than 3 bridal studios for a dress I really liked listed on the designers website. Reflections Bridal Studio was not only the one who responded on time but they also managed to get the dress which was on sale. It was the last one. Customer service is awesome. I'm very delighted with the dress and it's just perfect.
Just amazing staff and unbelievable dress selection. I was so pleased I visited Reflections. From the second I said what I did and didn’t like, the staff started pulling out dresses that I absolutely loved. Super attentive and friendly with reasonably priced garments that are the best quality.
I have had the most amazing experience with reflections bridal lisburn. Not once but twice. After gaining lockdown weight and having an operation my original wedding dress did not fit. I attended today and was made to feel so relaxed and at ease. Now with my dream dress I am looking forward to my big day.
