Although I no longer live in N.Ireland, I still go to McCalls for my suits. It's one of a few remaining menswear stores who choose to employ both people with experience as opposed to just younger people. I've been a semi-regular customer for over 20 years and the range & prices are unbeatable. My father also shops there from time to time and is particularly impressed with the levels of customer service over the years. Brian, upstairs in the suits department is particularly pleasant to deal with, and on the few occasions that I return to N. Ireland, when I'm in need of a suit or something more casual, McCalls is the place to go IMO!

Second visit here in a year.. Went to buy a suit as I'd had good service previously.. Sadly was served by a female assistant upstairs who was uncooperative and was basically lying to us about exclusivity.. #tips- look up the dictionary meaning and know your competition sweetheart. Learn to smile and treat customers with a little respect!! Certainly will not be visiting again. Shop at Debonair.. Same suit.. £'s cheaper... And friendlier staff.. 😁
