I would very much like to thank Kirsty and her team at McCalls - as I was really struggling to find the item and the size I needed in the timescale I required it for - typical man, as I had wedding plans, fittings, etc. looming and I had left everything until the last minute! . The ordering process was so easy and the fantastic customer service was 10 out of 10 with Kirsty replying to my correspondence instantly and making sure i had the ordered item. I feel it shows amazing service when McCalls can deliver me an item from Ireland quicker than I get get it in the UK. Many thanks.

Roy responded very quickly to my email and sorted me out with a Benetti suit at a very reasonable price. Delivery was very prompt. I'll use this store again.
Wonderful experience getting a uniform for my son. Nicola was knowledgable, able to tell us what we needed and what no kids wear and so would be a waste of money. Reassuring and chatted to both us and the child about school. Which was helpful as year 8 is daunting for him. Delighted with the service.
Recently had my wedding and was not impressed with the suits rented or purchased - 6 rented and 1 purchased. My fathers suit was larger in trousers and jacket which needed changed during his fitting causing him some stress. My brothers jacket was to small and he was unable to get a last fitting due to personal circumstances. My other groomsman noticed a rip on his waistcoat on the morning of the wedding which caused quite a bit of stress. My own trousers were quite large and it felt as if the suit was just another rented one from the stock. On returning the suits a groomsman also left cufflinks that I had purchased as a gift with his suit. Contacted to ask if they had been found with the suits to be informed they hadn’t. So overall, not impressed with the final service received despite the initial process being positive.
Fantastic customer service by McCalls. The overcoat I bought was a perfect fit and arrived early, delivery is by Royal Mail tracked The coat was packaged in a McCalls protective jacket cover which is a brilliant gesture. As a first time buyer from McCalls, I was very impressed with customer service and would highly recommend buying from them.
I found myself in a somewhat stressful situation of needing to source an item of sports clothing to match an existing team kit for a tournament in 3 days time. McCalls of Lisburn not only had it in stock but went above and beyond to package and ship the item as speedily as possible. It arrived in Glasgow the very next day. Thank you so much to the staff, you are all amazing!!
Great local menswear establishment. The staff are really helpful and know their stuff. I got suited up here for an informal wedding and they had a great variety of jackets, waistcoats and trousers
Very helpful and efficient. The website is easy to shop on to order uniforms online. A perfect time saver for back to school time.
Cannot rate McCalls customer service more highly! I recently needed to order some new pieces of school uniform for my son's return to school - a bit of a last minute panic, and given retail remains closed, I had no idea how long I would have to wait or if I could even get these item items! So, I called McCalls and they advised me to place the order online and that they would try to get this order delivered to my home address. Great I thought, hoping it would arrive before Monday. To my surprise just 4 hours after placing my order they were dropped on my doorstep...amazing service It is great to see a local business going above and beyond for their customers.
