We have only just signed up with Reeds Rains after failing to get our property sold with another agent. So far we have been impressed by the team in Rotherham with their cheerful but efficient approach to the selling of our property. Nicky brought Tracy, who will be dealing with the sale, to view the property so that she would be familiar with what she was selling' which I found refreshing. We feel that with this team will get a positive result for us, their 'get up and go' professional attitude gives us confidence.  When we get our sale we will add a fifth Star

Recently our family have rented a house through Reeds Rains. Adam Fletcher contacted us as we had recently registered as active applicants looking for a new home as our landlord had served notice on us to sell our current rented property. Adam contact us about a property that hadn’t even gone on the market. We viewed the property the next day and the rest is history. We absolutely love our new family home, it’s perfect. Reeds Rains and our landlord have been amazing and really accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I chose to sell my house through Reeds Rains, and they did exactly that in 6 weeks. I was updated regularly on viewings which were done on my behalf. Once a sale was achieved George rang me every week keeping me updated with the progress, he was very helpful at all times and the customer service I got from Reeds Rains overall was excellent. I would certainly recommend Reeds Rains, well done to all the team, great service.

The team is well organised and driven to exceed customer expectations through the knowledge, leadership, drive & interpersonal skills of its branch manager Nicki Cooper. On first welcoming Nicki to your home you feel confident that she has the desire to work for you in reaching your goals of receiving market valuation, she also delivers what she promises.

This strong leadership sets strong antecedents throughout the team and this was experienced by me with regular updates from Jenna & George. These guys listened to our needs, worked with us on appointment bookings and never failed to deliver a service that exceeded my expectation.

I cannot leave this review without giving special mention to the senior negotiator Tracey Wathall who is without doubt one of the most diligent and hard working negotiators I have dealt with. Tracey delivers, and then delivers some so to speak. The little things matters the most to customers in the often stressful process of selling your home. With Tracey's skill and desire to be the best she keeps you apprised of the process along the way. Tracey provided me with regular updates on the sales process, market trends & how this compared to my property. Tracey provided laughter, attentiveness, support & the overall feeling that you had someone who genuinely cares looking out for you.
