I can't rate Bartons high enough! They made buying our first house run as smoothly as possible and even with issues caused by others, they ran with it and kept everything on track. Gemma took over dealing with the sale after the first lady left and she took it all in her stride and made sure we and the vendor were updated at all times. Would highly recommend Bartons to others

Brilliant estate agent that couldn’t do enough for us through the whole process of selling our property.

Constantly kept us informed of everything that was happening through the whole process, giving a very personal and friendly service.

All the staff are fantastic and I would highly recommend Bartons to anyone looking to sell their property.

From quote to sold in 2 weeks, Surveyor recognized the quirkiness of our house
 (we aint magnolia and beige) and gave us a valuation we were happy with, out of 3 valuations the best, Then put together a fantastic photo/video view, Got people queued up for a one day showing and an interested party place a fair bid we accepted and all going through to plan (We hope- no one else seems to have it this easy?)
Would definately recommend them think you pay for what you get, The internet sell it yourself schemes although seeming appealing in cost, all add ons are extra so savings not as good as they make out and their house valuation was 35% below selling price.

Many thanks to every one at Bartons for there help and advise during the sale of our house. From the initial valuation to the final completion we were looked after. We sold our house within 12 hours of it being put on the market for above the asking price. Selling your home is not without some stress but thanks to Gemma and her dealings with Lee (to many she would say) It was made much easier. Many Thanks John and Bren
