I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Kate during my job search process. As a candidate working with Reed Employment, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication displayed by Kate, who went above and beyond to assist me in securing a job.
Although Alexia was not successful in securing me a new role she worked so hard to try and do so. On each occasion she discussed the role, sent me a full job spec, then called me back in case I had any queries, communicated with me regularly up to and after the interview process but of most importance kept me up to date with any feedback. Worked with Fran Tomkinson to fill an HR vacancy in November and was really impressed with her professional & thorough approach. Fran took time out to fully understand the job role at the start, and followed up by requesting an up to date job description before sending CVs, to ensure her candidates were fully informed too.
