Corecom have been a charity partner with the charity I work for, Emmaus Leeds for a number of years. In the past they provided us with a computer workshop to help our formerly homeless residents, gift hampers which we used as raffle prizes for local community events and more recently two of their staff took part in a 29 mile charity fundraising walk with us and have helped us raise over £1,000 so far. As someone who has never dealt with a recruitment agency before, I was initially sceptical of applying for a vacancy through Core Consultants. Corecom Consulting is a recruitment agency that really cares about its clients. The recruiters are not there just to get someone a job as quickly as possible and move on. They go above and beyond to get to know the candidate and their qualification, match the candidate to the job, thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews, and they are happy to answer concerns outside of business hours. After I received a placement through Corecom, it wasn't the end of my relationship with them. My recruiter took me out for a celebratory lunch and keeps in regular contact to ensure I'm satisfied with my job. I have always found Corecom Consulting to be helpful, professional and supportive both as a potential candidate and as a client. The team take the appropriate amount of time to establish the client's requirements for candidates and all the proposed candidates have subsequently been selected for interview as they have been so well matched. I dealt with Ash who is the internal recruiter for Corecom. She helped me through the process in an efficient and professional way. Ash made the process very comfortable having faced a knock from being made redundant in my previous role.
